Our progressive Pole Fitness Classes take any student from beginner to competition level and each level in between. You can choose between choreography (where you'll learn a whole routine) or movements only (where you master your skills).
We also have "Open Studio" times where you can practice what you have learned during your class sessions, or even try pole fitness before committing (by appointment only).
Other apparatuses may be used during this time if certified instructors are present. Please inquire.
Our lyra (hoop) and suspension yoga classes are becoming more popular than ever before. If you want to challenge yourself differently, these sessions are what you are looking for.
