Our progressive Pole Fitness Classes take any student from beginner to competition level and each level in between. You can choose between choreography (where you'll learn a whole routine) or movements only (where you master your skills).
We also have "Open Pole" times where you can practice what you have learned during your class sessions, or even try pole fitness before committing (by appointment only).
Open Pole Classes :
Saturday 10:30am - 12:00pm
Monday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Thursday 7:45pm - 8:45pm
